Nissei's advanced rolling machines provide such precise processing and wide variety of materials for workpiece as thought impossible to be attained by conventional rolling machines.

In addition to our thread rolling machines and form rolling machines, we introduce our new, original product named PLB(Perfect Lock Bolt) manufactured with our advanced rolling technology.

PLB(Perfect Lock Bolt)

Using 2 nuts with different pitches, we have produced a screw that will not come loose through vibration encountered in use, and we have named it PLB(Perfect Lock Bolt).
With our form rolling process, we have improved the strength of the bolt compared with products made by other methods. What is more, Nissei's PLB(Perfect Lock Bolt) handles easily with ordinary tools.

With our innovative 3 dies rolling machine, you can make threads with high precision and high efficiency on thin-wall hollow workpieces, disk-shaped workpieces, and eccentric metal workpieces. Such workpieces are difficult to be processed through conventional rolling machines.
