4 heavy duty tie rods and rigid cast base hold the distance between the main spindle housing to less than 3-5μm at a rolling load of up to about 9 tons. Thus operating conditions are stable.
NISSEI is first in the industry to achieve six-axis synchronized control.
The NISSEI Galaxy is the first form rolling machine equipped with a main spindle helix tilt control system in the industry. Helix angle can be adjusted by increments of 0.001 degree.

The space between main the spindles is controlled in real time by means of the linear scale with 0.5μm accuracy. When the spindles have no load, the space is controlled to 1μm accuracy.
